The next release of the "FusionPro" software family,
FusionPro Version 3.1, will include a full-featured imposition solution.
The imposed output that is generated by this solution will be
fully optimized, which means that imposed documents should print
at or near rated speed on your digital printer or digital press.

New version of Jaws PDF Server was released on September 1, 2005
Global Graphics Software released Version 4.0 of the Jaws PDF Server
software on September 1, 2005. Major enhancements include the following:
- A dongle is not required for Version 4.0; instead, the licensing mechanism relies on a serial number
- PDF Version 1.5 is supported
- The latest Microsoft Office macros are supported
Jaws PDF Server is a centralized server solution that converts
virtually any kind of document file into a PDF file.
The functionality offered by Jaws PDF Server is somewhat similar to
that offered by Adobe Distiller Server — but unlike Adobe Distiller Server,
Jaws PDF Server is capable of converting many different kinds of files
to PDF format, not just PostScript files.
Although (as the name implies) Jaws PDF Server runs on a server,
individual users can utilize Jaws PDF Server from their desktops.
A Jaws PDF Server module installs on a user's desktop in the form of
a print driver, and it functions just like any other print driver.
That is: a user simply clicks on File > Print... to make a PDF file
with Jaws PDF server. In addition to the print-driver interface,
Jaws PDF Server also has a drag-and-drop interface and a hot-folder interface.
A free trial version of Jaws PDF Server is available.
