Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional lets you create PDF forms that can be saved with Adobe Reader!

Prior to the release of Adobe Acrobat 8,
users with the free Adobe Reader software could fill out
and print a PDF form but could not
save the filled-in form unless the very-expensive
Adobe Live Cycle Reader Extensions Server was in use.
But with the release of Acrobat 8, Adobe Systems has changed
all that. The "Enable Usage Rights In Adobe Reader"
feature in Acrobat 8 lets you create a PDF form that can
be saved with filled-in form data by an Acrobat Reader 8 user.
You can download a free trial version of Acrobat 8 Professional
