Citation Software establishes reseller relationship with GoodToGo for on-line preflight solutions

WESTBOROUGH, MA, October 31, 2002 —
Citation Software is pleased
to announce that it has formed a reseller
relationship with GoodToGo Systems, Inc.
GoodToGoTM offers online preflight
solutions that give printers, publishers and
prepress service providers a way for
their customers to preflight job files
easily, via the Internet. Customers are
given immediate feedback as to exactly
what errors have been found. GoodToGo will
collect all the fonts, images and layout
files and compress them into a single
archive.
The GoodToGo client software that resides
on the customer's
desktop performs all of the actual
preflighting tasks. It accomplishes this
by scanning the native layout
document and any linked (sublevel)
documents. An extensive list
of file types is supported —
for example,
Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator,
Microsoft Word, and QuarkXPress,
and many more.
No files are sent
over the Internet until the customer clicks
the "Send" button.
Preflight rules tell GoodToGo
exactly what to check for when
preflighting files.
There are two ways that you can
gain access to the GoodToGo system:
- You can purchase the GoodToGo Enterprise Solution.
- You can purchase a GoodToGo Subscription.
Pricing
Pricing is as follows:
Level 1 Subscription: $3,500.00 setup fee, $200.00 per month
Level 2 Subscription: $6,500.00 setup fee, $350.00 per month
Level 3 Subscription: $12,500.00 setup fee, $600.00 per month
Enterprise Solution: Call
