Citation Software releases Version 1.4 of Datamatrix Enhancer for PrintShop Mail

Citation Software Inc. has released Version 1.4 of its "Datamatrix Enhancer for PrintShop Mail" product.
Designed for use with PrintShop Mail for Windows, Datamatrix Enhancer for PrintShop Mail allows
users to put Datamatrix 2-D symbols on the documents that PrintShop Mail generates.
Also known as a "2-dimensional bar code" or "2D bar code," a Datamatrix 2-D symbol
consists of a matrix of black and white rectangles.
A Datamatrix 2-D symbol
Datamatrix is a well-designed symbology that is able to encode both
128 ASCII characters (ANSI X3.4) and values 128 to 255 characters,
known as extended ASCII (ISO 8859-1).
A Datamatrix 2-D symbol can represent up to 1000 alpha-numeric characters. Therefore,
Datamatrix is a good solution for encoding large quantities of data in one symbol.
Inserting equipment that's used in print-and-mail operations sometimes relies on
Datamatrix 2-D symbols to match envelopes with the documents that are being inserted
into them. Datamatrix 2-D symbols are used in other ways, too, in the print-and-mail
industry and in other industries as well.
