Acrobat not required

Probably the biggest news is that PrintShop Mail 6 comes with a built-in PDF library. This means that you don't need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer if you want use PDF files as master (boilerplate) documents or if you want to print PDF files as output.


Adjustable user interface

PrintShop Mail 6 lets you adjust the interface according to your preferences. You'll have dockable panels and customizable toolbars. There's a drop-down font selector with a font preview that allows for quicker design and bar-code selection. You can even choose your favorite color theme: Classic, Aqua or Blue. There is also great support for a second monitor.


More-versatile n-up feature

This new version of PrintShop Mail allows for greater flexibility in the creation of n-up documents.

You can specify the number of copies you want to print, which enables you to produce "mixed" set lengths of n-up print runs (great for business cards!)


Create more-powerful PrintShop Mail Expressions — easier!

The new Expression Assistance menu in PrintShop Mail 6 lets you refer to a wizard to assist you in creating the expression you need.

In addition, many new expressions have been added.

And, PrintShop Mail 6 allows you to create your own expressions with Visual Basic or JavaScript!


Import XML data files

PrintShop Mail 6 supports the input of XML data files. Use your standard XML databases (from any host).
