Quite Software Offers Beta Version of "Quite Revealing" for Free!
|
FEB 26, 2002 — For a limited time, you can obtain the
beta version of Quite Software's "Quite Revealing"
Acrobat plug-in for free!
What does Quite Revealing do?
Quite
Revealing aims to
show information that is otherwise difficult to
find out about a PDF document — information such as
plates used, transparency, overprinting and more.
It is designed for prepress professionals.
Why are they giving it away for free?
Quite Software would like you to help them make
the Quite Revealing software more useful. You can
do this by downloading the software, trying it
out, and then telling Quite Software what you
think about it.
All this is explained at the following location
on the Quite Software Web site:
www.quite.com/revealing/index2.htm.
How does Quite Revealing work?
You interact with Quite
Revealing's intuitive, easy-to-use
user interface to tell Quite Revealing what kind
of information you want to see. After Quite Revealing
identifies a problem for you, you can scroll
around and zoom in
on the problem to get a closer look.
Quite Revealing will even fix some kinds of
problems for you — or, it can provide a
workaround for you.
How to get the Quite Revealing beta software
Go to www.quite.com/revealing/index2.htm
to find out how to download the Quite Revealing
beta software and to get more details about
how Quite Revealing works and what it can do
for you.
