Adobe Announces Adobe Acrobat Approval 5.0

OCTOBER 21, 2001 — Adobe Systems Incorporated has announced the
availability of "Adobe Acrobat Approval 5.0,"
which is a low-cost forms-handling application.
It allows users who do not have
the full $249 version of Adobe Acrobat 5.0 to
download a PDF file
containing form fields from the Web, enter data
and spell-check it, then apply a digital signature
and upload the file.
Adobe Acrobat Approval 5.0 is available for
the Windows and Macintosh platforms. It is
priced at $39.00.
