are wanted by Planet PDF and Adobe!

OCTOBER 25, 2002 — Adobe Systems
is looking for "PostScript files from hell" and
"PDF files from hell"!
Planet PDF, on behalf of
Adobe, is soliciting your "Best of the Worst"
PostScript files and PDF files. These would be
PostScript files that refuse to Distill
or print,
and any problematic PDF
files you've created for which you've
never found a resolution. Adobe hopes to
learn from studying such files and apply
what it learns when developing future versions
of Adobe Acrobat.
Everyone who submits a file — along with
sufficient details about the problems
encountered — will be entered in a
random drawing to win one of three prizes.
Randomly selected winners can choose from among the
following: a one-year ASN (Adobe Solutions Network) developer
membership (value: $195.00 USD) OR an Adobe Acrobat 5 ACE (Adobe Certified Expert)
exam (value: $150.00 USD) OR a copy of
Adobe Acrobat 5.0 (value: $249.00 USD).
