Markzware announces cross-platform InDesign-to-Quark XTension

FEBRUARY 3, 2003 — Markzware has
announced the release of "InDesign To QuarkXPress" (ID2Q),
a Quark XTension that
converts Adobe InDesign files into QuarkXPress
documents with a single click.
ID2Q converts Adobe InDesign v1.5-2.0 files
to QuarkXPress 4.0-5.x documents. It is a
cross-platform converter in that it
converts
Microsoft Windows InDesign files to
Apple Macintosh QuarkXPress.
The conversion process deals with all elements of
the document, including object
positions, colors, fonts, text attributes,
images, etc. ID2Q supports text
runaround on all sides of an object,
and it supports Pantone Hexachrome colors.
