|
JUNE 11, 2001 —
In conjunction with the Planet PDF Store,
Quite Software is running a special
free-tryout program. This program lasts until the end of June 2001,
and it allows you to try
- Quite Imposing
- Quite Imposing Plus
- Quite A Box Of Tricks
for FREE!
Note that this special deal allows you to
try these products free of charge without having a
big "X" appear on each page (which
is what normally happens when you download
and use demonstration versions of
Quite Software's products).
The features and capabilities of the three
products are described below.
Quite Imposing and Quite Imposing Plus are Adobe Acrobat
plug-ins that let
you perform imposition on
PDF files. You can do
simple impositions to create booklets or to print
two pages side by side to conserve paper, and you can
also do complicated impositions. In
addition, you can re-order pages; perform various operations
on odd-numbered pages or even-numbered pages;
make pages smaller by
trimming off blank areas at the edges;
re-position the contents of individual pages
or groups of pages;
add page numbers (obscuring existing page
numbers, if desired); and much more!
Quite A Box Of Tricks is
an Adobe Acrobat
plug-in
that lets you make many kinds of modifications
to PDF files.
You can subsample and compress images;
convert RGB and Lab data to the CMYK color
space; convert spot-color specifications
to CMYK color specifications; convert
colored text to black; scale, rotate, and
mirror pages; remove and combine form fields;
get detailed information about text, images,
and fonts; and much more!
